Quadracel DTaP-IPV Pediatric Vaccine - Ten 0.5 mL Prefilled Syringes

Quadracel is a diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and acellular pertussis adsorbed and inactivated poliovirus combination vaccine. It is indicated as a single 0.5 mL intramuscular dose for the fifth dose of the DTaP series and the fourth or fifth dose of the IPV series in children 4 through 6 years of age whose previous DTaP doses were administered as Pentacel, DAPTACEL, and/or VAXELIS. This package contains ten 0.5 mL single-dose prefilled syringes supplied without needles, package NDC 49281-564-15. Administer only according to the full prescribing information and current immunization recommendations. Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F).
