Your order will be shipped to you from our Van Nuys/Los Angeles distribution center.
NMS’s standard shipping policy is as follows:
NMS utilizes services with FedEx, UPS and other freight companies. We can accommodate most special shipping requests. Please make notes on your online order.
- Orders placed after our cutoff times will be processed the following day.
- NMS does not have an order minimum; shipping charges may apply.
- Refrigerated products ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and are scheduled for next day delivery. Shipping charges apply.
- Shipments containing refrigerated products require confirmation of availability on the day of delivery prior to shipping. Failure to respond in a timely fashion will result in order delays. A representative will reach out to you when a there is an estimated ship date.
- Overnight shipping only guarantees delivery one day after shipping. It does not guarantee delivery one day after the order is placed. However, we take every measure to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible.
- NMS corporate offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will processed the following Monday.
- Tracking numbers are displayed on your invoice for your convenience.
