PREVNAR 20® (Pneumococcal 20-valent Conjugate Vaccine) is a sterile suspension for intramuscular injection used for active immunization against disease caused by the 20 Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes represented in the vaccine.

Each 0.5 mL dose contains pneumococcal capsular saccharides from 20 serotypes individually conjugated to CRM197 carrier protein.
