VAXELIS is a combination DTaP-IPV-Hib-HepB vaccine indicated for active immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, invasive disease caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b, and hepatitis B. It is approved for use as a 3-dose series in children 6 weeks through 4 years of age, with doses administered at 2, 4, and 6 months according to the full prescribing information and recommended immunization schedule. Each dose is 0.5 mL and is administered intramuscularly. This package contains ten 0.5 mL single-dose vials, package NDC 63361-243-10. Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F).
